On the verge of opening our subscription series at Flute Journal, we present some existing masterclass that are of special interest. World-renowned flutist Emmanuel Pahud has presented a number of such classes for flutists as part of a series under the title Carnegie Hall Masterclasses, produced on behalf of the Weill Music Institute.

Here he focuses on air support with Laura Kaufman while working on the Sonata for Flute and Piano, Op. 23 by Lowell Liebermann.
